Day Three: Devra

My name is Devra Hunt. I can also be found online as BeachGal.  I currently live in the Seattle area where I am the COO of my family, who are my husband, our two boys and our awesome dog Snickers.  My boys are 14 and 12. One is the intellectual type. He reads and swims. The other has special needs and keeps me on my toes.  Between the two of them and my husband, I have lots of material to keep me going for a very long time.  

I've been a scrapbooker for over 15 years, starting like many with Creative Memories. It has only been the last 4 years that I have embraced the "modern" way of scrapping. I've learned design, many techniques, and of course, who are the current "hot & trendy" manufacturers. I'm not sure I can define my style, It's constantly evolving.  But there are 3 things that almost always appear on my pages: 4x6 photos, bright colors and humor. Lots and lots of humor.  I have to find humor in the little things everyday.   My favorite thing to do on my pages right now is to create clusters with random bits that come together to tell a cohesive story in the end. All of these things turn up in my pages. Therefore, some look consistent in style, others look really different.  When I am not scrapping, I am reading, watching baseball, and enjoying the never ending care I give to my family.
