Guest Designer - Hiromi

Do you remember Hiromi's full of autumn leaves project for the SKETCH challenge back in November?
She's back with us again - this time sharing her interpretation of the MIXED MEDIA AND TEXTURES challenge.

Before we share with you Hiromi's project, here is something about her:

Thank you for inviting me to be a Guest Designer this month!
My name is Hiromi and I live in Japan. I am married to a wonderful husband and have two cute children: a cute smiley boy and a very energetic girl!

Every day, I try to balance work, housekeeping and children and when I have some spare time, I do scrapbooking to relax. I think I will continue enjoying it for a while to come.

For this challenge, I chose a picture taken under a big ginko tree in a nearby shrine. I tried matching the colours of the page to the colours in the photo.
I used writing stencil with texture paste and leaf stencil with Brusho powders. I also used Brusho for creating the rest of the background. As embellishments, I used papers, doily, lace flowers and chipboard phrase as a title, which I also coloured with Brusho and sprinkled with glitter.

Thank you for having me!
Hiromi

We hope that this amazing project has inspired you to join our challenge - there's still time.

Remember that there is a surprise bundle to be won and two Guest Designer spots for March challenge.

See you soon!
